The Esteemed one at work

So the long summer recess has begun. Whatever will the little man be doing all
summer long. His dear old misses has got to keep him feed & happy until the early winter. October before he returns to torment those within the Westminster Village.

What has he been up to of recent months. Truthful answer is: not a lot! He has signed [if my arithmetic is correct] about 26 early day motions! No this is not what you may think. It is one of those quirky practices of the village people. Two selected at ramdon are: TOBACCO SMUGGLING PROTOCOL. This makes a note of the fact that about £3.5 billion in unpaid tax is lost. What Dover resident is not aware that smuggleing has been on the rise since he and his croonies took office over a decade ago. 45 out of 639 have a similar view as Prosser.

CALEDONIAN MACBRAYNE FERRIES
Another waste of English money on this expensive quango. Jobs for former sailors I suspect.

His record of service to his constituency deepens. Dover this is what we get for our money:
  • Has spoken in 10 debates in the last year — well below average amongst MPs.
  • Has received answers to 22 written questions in the last year — average amongst MPs.
  • Is a member of 1 select committee.
  • Replied within 2 or 3 weeks to a low number of messages sent via WriteToThem.com during 2006, according to constituents.
  • Has voted in 87% of votes in parliament — well above average amongst MPs. (From Public Whip)
  • People have made 11 comments on this MP's speeches — well above average amongst MPs.
  • This MP's speeches are understandable to an average 18–19 year old, going by the Flesch-Kincaid Grade Level score.
  • 73 people are tracking whenever this MP speaks.
  • Has used three-word alliterative phrases (e.g. "she sells seashells") 37 times in debates — well below average amongst MPs Not one commentater speaks well of his performance. Little wonder.
To close what a view and picture the castle makes at night.

David Kirton

Sixty seven years ago today saw the loss of one of Dover’s sons. The tragic loss of Sergeant Pilot David I Kirton RAF. Shot down in flames whilst taking off from RAF Manston and crashing into the Village of Pegwell. David the younger of two sons attended St. James school and the County school [now DGSFB]. The Dover express newspaper employed David for a short time as an apprentice printer during their occupancy of premises in market street. At the tender age of 16 years he enlisted as an aircraft apprentice into the royal air force. Upon reaching the rank of leading aircraftsman he volunteered and was accepted for pilot training. On completion of pilot training he was posted to 501 squadron [hurricanes] and flew with this distinguished squadron for just a few weeks before a posting to 65 squadron which was based at RAF Hornchurch at that time. The accepted routine at that stage of the aerial war was was for squadrons and flights to be brought south at dawn to be closer to the continent and any skirmishes that might ensue. Just before mid-day a small number of German 109e’s on a tip & run sortie bounced 65 squadron during their late scramble call from ops. David, was killed and his aircraft crashed in flames into property's in Pegwell Village.

Election Results

It truly amazes me at times like this when one reads & analysis’s the way that people vote. The astounding fact must be that 1,254 people of voting age can reside in a ward such as this. Dementia & feeble mindedness is not that prevalent in the rest of England.

Thankfully, "The labour party” no longer rules at District or County level. Perhaps, a small perhaps, something will be done to rejuvenate the neglected, derelict Woolcomber Street-Townwall Street area within the next decade.

Is it not truly astonishing that in parishes & wards where the majority of capable, respectable people live the elected representatives are, either Liberal or conservative with a bent towards independents. The ward of Castle,River, &St. Margaret's do not have any Labour Councillors at district level.

As an illustration, the progeny of families in the labour strong hold of Westbury Road & Clarendon did the wanton vandalism to our loved Tram shelter. Having witnessed the act I awaited for any action from any official source. None has occurred. The new Community support officer walked past a few days later. Just as the Good Samaritan, on the other side of the road.

Mr. Prosser TTT (taffy the Tosser) claims that his good friend John Prescott invested £17 million into the old “Kent coalfields” in his capacity as Deputy Dog to the poodle. Just consider what could & would have been achieved, if a similar sum had been invested in the Woolcomber Street area.

One last bleat for today. Does it surprise anyone that the powers governing us are all migratory? The CEO DDC, non-Dovorian, MP, Non Dovorian (welsh allegedly), Dover Harbour Board CEO, non-Dovorian. I cannot understand why not a locally born & bred individual does not occupy one of these positions.

Birthday Boy

Well the Boy o is into his 65th year. What is it now, just over 22 years since he arrived on our doorstep. What has he done in that time. Maybe a couple of years causing trouble and unrest within our ferry industry. His activities brought about Sea-link dispensing with his services.

Since "leaving" the sea, all his has done is take money in various pay, allowances and benefits. £2.5 million is my best estimate. He would disagree with this figure, but his arithmetic is questionable. What has he done, that would not have been done if he never came to Dover? Nothing in so far as I can recall, or research.

Self publicity, self advancement is all that this man has any interest in. God, advance the day when we Dovorians can reclaim our own to represent us.

Dover District Council officers are still as lethargic as ever. The discarded tarmac still adorns the area around our Tram shelter. This was first reported over 2 years ago, subsequently a fortnight ago. It remains there to this day. The only change has been the excuses offered for this lack of action.

Mr Prosser claims recognition for the £17million given to the "Kent Coalfields" because of his representations to his old friend the "former" deputy prime minister John Prescott. I would have thought any self respecting man would want to distance themselves from such a useless expensive waster. This must be indicative of Mr Prosser's character.

What will be his legacy? Buckland hospital's future is still very much in doubt. Woolcomber Street, Townwall street, St. James's street etc. stays an eyesore without development. He goes off into the sunset with a golden handshake of at least £90,000 and a pension of in excess £13.800 per annum. The man is a Charlatan !

Tossers New Job

This is more in keeping with his true abilities. Trust this waste of space & money to pick up on some worth less cause, and waste our cash on a futile project.

Any body with a modicum of common sense can determine that is costs more in energy to re-cycle old plastic than it saves. Why has this twerp & his cronies in the labour party not worked it out. In truth it's a scam to divert attention from their other misdeeds.

His friend & fellow advocate of the family tax credit fiasco to start.

This man must be the worst member this constituency has ever returned to Westminster. Certainly in living memory.

To date: since he migrated here from the wilds of southern Scotland his record is : Worked as an "unpopular"* ferry worker for about 2yaers. Spent the next 22 years riding off the backs of Dovorians. Costing us £2.35 million in benefits, allowances & pay. What has Dover got in return. The streets remain much as they were. Woolcomber Street, St James street & Market Square remain derelict. What could & would have been done with the remuneration Gwynfor has taken would have improved the that part of the town considerable.

* Both management & fellow crew were jumping for joy on his "redundancy" I'm informed!

'No deal done with Iran' - Blair

yeah right!! Also from the very same lying mouth, WMD can be launched at us, in twenty minutes!

What in Gods name what were those matelots & so called Marines doing. A hand full of boats with a bunch of menacing looking irabs motor up and say "hand over your guns tommy", up goes the white hankie! I come and descend from a country, county & town with a long history of fighting men. What a sickening bunch these turned out to be.

One other small matter to get the PC brigade going off on one. What in heavens name was a "young Mum" doing there? Doing the job she loves says She! The admirals in the Admiralty, should be made to walk the gangplank, blindfolded in case they don't fall in. As For that Des Browne twit, he must be the only MOD BOD who could make "John Nott" look honorable.

God & the French are the only saviors that I can see. At least the French tell all to bugger off, & stand on their own two feet.

Global Warming.

Global Warming.

Two questions arise from this "new political issue"

1. Is our beloved planet really getting hotter?
2. Is it MAN made?

In regard to question one.
It appears, at first glance that mother earth is getting hotter & temperatures are rising. of cause we can only really rely on fickle Living memory & so called "records". Stating the obvious, living memory along side records are very short indeed compared with the age of the earth. The most reliable data has to be at it's longest a century and no more. So if we take the period from April 1907/2007 very little has changed.

For Example: On Sunday March 31, 1907 at Noon my Granddad with the aid of a Pint of Bitter & a sextant [they had funny names for Totty in those days] gave a reading of 51.5236 degrees F.

Today: Sunday April 1. 2007 I followed suit, without the accomplishments and obtained a reading of 50.2697F.

Therefore; as there has undoubtedly a drop in temperature of 1.2539 degrees F over a period of 100 years +1day. We are well & truly heading for a new dark ice age.

This despite the industrial revolution and all it's ramifications, has had little or no effect. Since the second world war many acts of parliament have been passed to make our air cleaner. To some avail. Now the new whiz kids in the Westminster village want to tax us to keep warm and get to work. Typical bloody Labour. [new &old]. The new shiny Tatt's do not come out any better, or Ming's throng.

Wikipedia lists the following article:-

The earth has experienced natural global warming and cooling many times in the past. The recent Antarctic EPICA ice core spans 800,000 years, including eight glacial cycles with interglacial warming periods much hotter than current temperatures. The chart also shows the time of the last glacial maximum about 20,000 years ago.

There it is: time for another heatwave.

To conclude-

The Tosser's last act before another long holiday is annotated below:

Gwyn Prosser (Dover, Labour) | Hansard source

To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs

(1) how many live calves were transported across Great Britain in 2006 and January 2007 in the course of being exported from the Republic of Ireland to the continent; how many of those calves were unloaded at a staging point or control post in Great Britain and given food, liquid and at least 24 hours rest; and if he will make a statement;

(2) what steps he takes to ensure that live calves that are transported from the Republic of Ireland via Larne and Great Britain to the continent are unloaded at a control post in Great Britain and given food, liquid and at least 24 hours rest; and if he will make a statement.

It Must be something to do with be a whinging Welshman, or out of place?

A Historical Letter

Crap distributors Top & bottom

This letter is evidential that at one time he got really ratty in a child like manner, All I asked of him was to clarify why the "Taffies" only had to pay part of the cost of their prescriptions, when us poor Dovorians and the other English had to pay the full whack.

Throwing out their toys, from their prams is not a new phenomenon for new labour
or even old labour in our town. One councilor put her toys out to soak when she couldn't have a millennium clock, instead we got a bloody Band stand. No band, but a bloody stand for no band. There's a logic in there somewhere?

Next post will be in connection of Global Warming. Having spent too much time in the desert during my misspent youth I claim to be the father of this problem!

An artist's impression

Voted Aye for the "small" pay rise this week. How much was it Gwynfor. "£10,000" each and every year to write letter's etc to constituents. Be less of a bloody cheek if you answered some of them. I have not heard from you for ages [ 7 months]. Have you always been such a prat, or just since your hat size overtook your shoe size.

The Article above is the latest drivel from the tosser, published in this weeks "Dover Express". Soon to be renamed "The Tosser's Chronicle"

After 9 years 11 months, plus 60 stealth taxes The lying twat still cannot guarantee us Dovorians, even a basic hospital. In Excess of £2 million quid has been handed out to this twerp, since the sponging git first set foot upon Dover's " Hallowed" turf.

Even the ferry company who inadvisedly employed him, could not stand him and threw him onto the dole!

PS. SOS the old mayday callsign has been replaced by SOD, " Shit on Dover". More next week
